Kohl's Corporate Headquarters
As part of an expansion of Kohl’s Corporate Headquarters, GRAEF prepared topographic surveys, utility relocation plans, grading plans and parking lot renovation plans. Key elements of project included minimizing disruption to the existing headquarters and parking facilities adjacent to the expansion during construction, and eliminating the flooding problem in the parking lot.
