Wyndham Hotel and Spa at Bonnet Creek

Wyndham Hotel and Spa at Bonnet Creek is a vacation resort located in Lake Buena Vista, Florida, adjacent to Walt Disney World. GRAEF performed professional commissioning services for the purpose of obtaining LEED certification for HVAC and controls systems in the 260,000 s.f. hotel building.

Equipment included four domestic water boilers, two low boys, 33 wall stations (lighting control), two lighting control racks and nine dimmer racks. Commissioning work was performed during all stages of the project including design, bidding, construction and warranty.
