Courtyard House

GRAEF provided structural design for this courtyard house. The house was designed to accommodate the owner’s art and furniture collection, as well as a museum in the basement for a doll collection and projection room.

The house is set back from the street on a 75 by 225 foot lot and wraps around a courtyard with a lap pool. The structure is framed in white painted steel with white aluminum panels and clear and translucent glass infill.
