I-94/I-294 Capacity Expansion

This $80,000,000 project for the Illinois State Tollway Authority involved engineering services to widen the interstate from a six-lane section to an eight-lane section. Work also involved the conversion of a half-diamond interchange to a full diamond interchange at Lake-Cook Road. Other interchanges with ramp reconfigurations were included, along with the replacement of overpasses and the relocation of a toll plaza. Services included environmental studies, traffic engineering, highway engineering, storm water management, right-of-way determination and plat work.
